  • Click All Extensions, browse for, and click "Ticket To lead For Zoho Desk."
  • Details about the extensions will be available.
  • Click "Buy Now."
  • You can purchase the extension directly by choosing "Buy Now."

Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:

  • Install for admins only - The extension will only be installed in CRM for Users with the administrator profile.
  • Install for all users - The extension will be installed in CRM for all users.
  • Choose Profiles - The extension will be installed in the Desk for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles.

The extension will be installed automatically for specific users.

  • There are two options to purchase the extension, you can purchase "Monthly" or "Annually" based on your needs.
  • After completing the payment process, authorization of the connector is required once.

Step 1:

Extension Display in Ticket’s Right Side Panel

The form within the popup should display standard fields similar to those in Zoho CRM, such as First Name, Last Name, Company, Phone Number, Lead Status, and Lead Owner.

Upon opening the form, the system should automatically populate fields like First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number based on available ticket information.

Step 4:

Create Lead and Confirmation

After verifying or making any necessary adjustments to the pre-filled information, click the “Create Lead” button.

This action should automatically generate a lead in Zoho CRM using the provided details.

Upon successful lead creation, a confirmation popup or message should appear to notify the user.
