How to install "GeoTracker for Zoho CRM"

To install the GeoTracker for Zoho CRM extension.

  • Go to Setup > Marketplace > All.
  • All the installed extensions are listed. under All Extensions, you can view all the extensions supported by your CRM.
  • Click All Extensions, browse for, and click "GeoTracker for Zoho CRM"
  • Details about the extensions will be available.
  • Click "Buy Now."
  • You can purchase the extension directly by choosing "Buy Now."

  • Agree to the Terms of Service and click Install.

Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:

  • Install for admins only - The extension will only be installed in CRM for Users with the administrator profile.
  • Install for all users - The extension will be installed in CRM for all users.
  • Choose Profiles - The extension will be installed in CRM for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles.

The extension will be installed automatically for specific users.


There are two options to purchase the extension, you can purchase "Monthly" or "Annually" based on your needs.


After completing the payment process, authorization of the connector is required once.


Click on the "Authorize"link to grant permission for the connector to access necessary features.

Following the above steps, the extension will be successfully installed and ready for use.

New fields have been added to the Accounts and Meetings module

Meetings Module

1 CheckIn Latitude Single Line This field will capture the Latitude of the associated Client’s Location while CheckIn.
2 CheckIn Longitude Single Line This field will capture the Longitude of the associated Client’s Location while CheckIn.
3 CheckOut Latitude Single Line This field will capture the Latitude of the associated Client’s Location while CheckOut.
4 CheckOut Longitude Single Line This field will capture the Longitude of the associated Client’s Location while CheckOut.
5 CheckIn Time DateTime This field will capture Time while CheckIn to the service.
6 CheckOut Time DateTime This field will capture Time while CheckOut from the service.
7 Worked Hours Single Line This field will capture working hours calculated from CheckIn to CheckOut while servicing the Client. Format: HH:MM
8 Valid Service Checkbox This field is to check whether the service location was an exact match to the Client's location.

Location Capture in Account Module


The button in the Accounts Module Record facilitates capturing the client's location, including latitude and longitude. When clicked, it prompts the user to grant permission to access their current location.


After successfully capturing the location, the below message will be displayed.



Location Capture in Meetings Module


The above “Check In” button within the Meetings Module’s Record will capture CheckIn Latitude, CheckIn Longitude and CheckIn Time.

Saving Notes to the Meetings Module During Checkout and Working Hour Calculation


Upon clicking the "Check Out" button, users are prompted to save recorded notes and capture check-out coordinates. Following successful coordinate capture, the system automatically calculates worked hours. Additionally, based on the validity of the service location, the service's location will be marked accordingly.


Clicking the "Start" button prompts users to grant permission to access their current location before proceeding.


Clicking the "Stop" button enables users to halt the recorded message. Upon clicking "Stop," the interface displays "Save" and "Reset" buttons.

Selecting "Save" permits users to save notes, checkout latitude, checkout longitude, and checkout time.



Upon successful submission, the system updates the worked hours and service validity based on the recorded data.
